Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Intra-Asean air freight operations activities.
  • Oversee daily functionalities of air freight and customs clearance operations teams for Intra Asean.
  • Work closely with IA AF Assistant Manager to ensure team processes necessary resources and capabilities to execute day-to-day operations and handle exceptional cases.
  • Drive operational excellence by setting/improving processes and procedures within operations environment to enhance service level and manage cost optimisation.
  • Maintain operating procedures within intra-Asean AF are documented and users within the IA AF team are aligned on requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management.
  • 1-2 working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Industry.
  • Good understanding of business functions, capabilities and limitations.
  • Technical understanding of airfreight and custom clearance commercially and operationally.
  • Good communication skills.
