Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin & HR Assistant to support our daily administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing support across all HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:Administration:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure office cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and company events or travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents.
  • Support company communication and announcements.

Human Resources:

  • Assist with recruitment processes: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing training, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin or HR roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
