URGENT HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE (TARGET-ORIENTED)
Location: Suria Inanam, Kota Kinabalu
Working Hours: Monday – Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for motivated and goal-driven individuals to join our Customer Service team. This role focuses on customer engagement and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Position: Customer Service Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and promote company services/products
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
  • Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service with target is an advantage
  • Good communication skills (Indonesian speaking is an added advantage)
  • Positive attitude, result-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to start work immediately (priority given to candidates who can join soon)
