Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated individual to assist with candidate outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential candidates (list provided).
  • Explain the job scope clearly and answer basic queries.
  • Schedule interview appointments with interested candidates.
  • Record call results and candidate details in an Excel sheet provided.
  • A call script will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work at one of these time slot : 11am-12pm / 2pm-3pm / 3pm-5pm. (within Monday to Friday)
  • Must be able to speak and communicate clearly in English.
  • Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Must have own laptop and mobile phone.
  • Comfortable with phone calls and basic data entry.
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently.
  • 18 years old and above.
  • College students are welcome to apply.

Working Arrangement:

  • Work From Home

Pay:

  • The Freelancer shall be compensated at a rate of RM12.00 per hour for the calling task. If the Freelancer successfully secures at least one interview session in a day, the daily pay for that day will be adjusted to RM15.00 per hour.
