Job Responsibilities

To prepare and handle HR related matter.

Accurate and timely processing of monthly staff payroll including calculation of overtime and commission.

To prepare and submit of monthly statutory requirements (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax).

To maintain total staff personal file and ensure information are updated.

To prepare payroll reports and entry of journals.

To update and monitor staff leave, staff uniform and medical reimbursements.

To maintain, improve and update current policies and procedures/SOP in compliance with government regulations and Company requirements.

To provide advice and counselling in disciplinary issue and ensure action taken in conformity with relevant labour laws and Company rules and regulations.

Support full spectrum of HR function including welfare, training, development, recruitment, benefit and payroll.

To prepare year end remuneration returns (e.g. income tax and EA Forms).

To perform any duties as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Independent and able to work under pressure.

Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh.

Chinese is preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
