**Job requirement / specification** 1. STPM / any related field of diploma (fresh graduate are encourage to apply) 2. Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words, etc.) 3. Had sound knowledge regarding SAP software 4. Good command in Malay, English and Mandarin 5. Able to work independently and managed tight deadlines, multitasking and strong problem-solving skill 6. Good planning and coordination skills 7. Capable of working in a stressful and fast-paced environment. **Job responsibilities** **1. Administrative support** - Perform daily administrative task, including data entry, document filing and record keeping - Maintain and update purchasing records, such as purchase orders, invoice and supplier details - Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, agreements, and procurement-related documents. - Supporting superior in managing purchasing process by coordinating internal documentation and communication. - Prepare reports, summaries and other related documents as needed to assists the procurement activities. - Assist in coordinating with suppliers to facilitate the procurement of supplies, as directed by superior. - Help manage follow up tasks, such as tracking delivery schedules and resolving discrepancies, under the direction of the superior. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. **2. General responsibilities** - To consistently behave in a manner that reflects the group’s vision and core values with both internal and external stakeholder - To foster teamwork with others by working with all stakeholders in the group in a cooperative and friendly manner - To regularly up-skill yourself through daily work experience, self-improvement and structured learning. - To keep abreast of latest trends involving your specifics role as well as the industry that you involved in. - To be fully aware of and be in full compliance with group’s policies and procedures all times. - To be fully aware of and be full compliance with all laws and regulations that affect your job functions or the industry you are involved in. - To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of company’s documents and all material information to the business and cooperation under your care to achieve the objective set by your superior(s). - To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s). - Ensure good housekeeping and 6s - Ensure that safety, health and environment requirements in the factory are complied - Ensure to maintained the standard of ISO 19001 (quality), 45001 (occupational safety & health), 14001 (environment) requirements and its objective are complete. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: From RM1,750.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Purchasing: 1 year (preferred) **Location**: - Melaka (preferred) Willingness to travel: - 100% (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 08/04/2025
